• We gladly accept returns of unworn/ unwashed merchandise from our store or our store website, with tags and receipt present.

• You have 14 days from the date of purchase to exchange or return for store credit that can be used on the Surf Post website and in store. 

• Please email customerservice@tribekelley.com for approval and return label for items purchased through our store website.  Please include your order number and whether you are interested in an exchange or store credit.

• Sale items or items purchased during a sale are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.  

• All swimwear and headwear are final sale.

• Please note that we can only accept returns from tribekelleysurfpost.com.  If you have a return for tribekelley.com, please contact customerservice@tribekelley.com.

• We do not ship internationally from Tribe Kelley Surf Post.  If you would like to order something and have it shipped internationally, please visit our main website www.tribekelley.com.

• Prior purchases are not eligible for sale discounts.
