Bring your best energy and come SWEAT with us! Surf Post Sweat Sessions are held every Tuesday and Thursday at 9AM in the Surf Post backyard. All you need is a sweat towel, mat, and water! Weights are optional.

Thursday: Bodyweight Strength

Where should I park?
Parking is limited in Grayton Beach. The FREE Grayton Beach Shuttle Park and Ride is located across from Black Bear on CR 283 South and runs every 10-15 mins. We are thankful for this free resource in our community!
What if it rains?
We will let participants know in advanced if class will be canceled via Instagram. If canceled, you will receive a full refund.
What if I need to cancel?
We require 24 hours notice of cancellation in order to receive a full refund for the class. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or DM us at @tribekelleysurfpost. No shows will not be refunded.
How long are the workouts?
Classes will last approximately 45 minutes. This includes a warm up and cool down for a well-rounded workout.
What type of workouts will we be doing?
These high energy workouts will include traditional and functional movements. On Tuesdays we will focus on cardio, and on Thursdays we will work on strength. Modifications will be provided and all fitness levels are encouraged to join!
